Commissioned by the Bavarian Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs, this cinema and TV commercial was developed in collaboration with PER Agency to highlight the importance of continuing professional education and the new opportunities it can create for people across different professions.
The film was directed by Sabrina Gaber, with Max Mayer serving as creative lead, shaping the visual and conceptual approach of the project. Shot over two production days at TMT Studios in Munich, the commercial relied on elaborate green screen sets to create multiple professional environments, which were seamlessly connected in the final film.
Cinematography by Zeno Legner, editing by Marcel Tarantino, VFX supervision by Johannes Peter, and color grading by Fabian Spang helped establish a natural and authentic visual tone. The narrative follows individuals from different professional backgrounds as they discover new possibilities and career perspectives through further education.
Designed for cinema and television broadcast, the campaign aims to reach a broad audience and raise awareness of the importance of lifelong learning and professional development in Bavaria.
